Michelle was the Principal of McLaughlin Marketing & Communications, L.L.C. for 11 years and recently opened her new firm, The Branding Iron. With 27 years of marketing experience and numerous industry awards including Addy’s and Citations of Excellence, Michelle is a well-respected member of the desert community.
For 15 years, she served as the Public Relations & Marketing Director for the world-famous Nabisco Dinah Shore LPGA Women’s Golf Event. Through the course of her career with the tournament, Michelle implemented many successful marketing campaigns, ticket programs and special events that are still in use today.
Michelle’s professional marketing credentials also include key appointments for several internationally known professional sporting events including the PGA Championship, Pacific Life Open, The Skins Game, The World Series of Golf, Indy 500 and promotion of Indy stars Mario Andretti, Johnny Rutherford and Al Unser.
McLaughlin is a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Coachella Valley yearlong training program. She maintans community involvement with charitable associations in the valley and volunteers to provide mentoring and training in leadership to at risk youth.
